01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and menang29 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided through the menang29 platform at menang29.onl and the related mobile app.

03 Account Registration and Security

Registering a menang29 account is free. During registration, you are required to provide valid personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) and account security.

Your account security responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your account password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Terms

General bonus terms:

07 Accepted Member Conduct

Menang29 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members. You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other members or menang29 staff through any platform communication channel.
• Sharing or spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about menang29 or other members.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing criminal activities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of menang29's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding or cooperating with other members to manipulate game outcomes for unfair advantage.
• Impersonating menang29 staff or any other authority to deceive members or other parties.

Menang29 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or suspicious activity. If found to be in violation, appropriate action will be taken, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the menang29 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of menang29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any menang29 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided the original source is acknowledged and menang29's copyright is maintained.
• Any violation of menang29's intellectual property rights will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The menang29 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and is free from errors, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the following:

• Continuous uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times
• The absence of technical errors, viruses, or other harmful components
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform

Menang29 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits or data, even if menang29 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Menang29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

Menang29 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms and conditions in this document
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Multiple Account Ownership
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Use of automated software or fraudulent methods in gameplay
• Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible cash balance will be returned via the original payment method.

In cases of account termination due to fraud or serious violations, menang29 reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account pending the completion of an investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

Self-management tools we provide for all members:

12 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
